* Delivery standard applies to working days in the destination and excludes the time for customs clearance. If postcode is not provided, delivery will be subject to delay, and the delivery standard will be based on the longest delivery speed of the destination.

Our dispatching service is available from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. Both local and international shipping is charged on a standard basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel (Maximum 30kg).

Once payment is received and verified by PAYPAL, the products will be checked, packed and sent to the post office within 2 or 3 working days.
· As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm the delivery together with a tracking number for your record.
· It is also important to notice that it might take a few more days to reach the remote areas.
· A signature is required upon receipt of the products, if no one is available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. Please also be aware that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
· Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon the arrival of your parcel in your country. Please noted that clients will be responsible for the additional charges for customs clearance, hence, if you have any doubts about the import duties or additional taxes, we suggest you contacting your local Customs and Excise Department for further details.
