| | Returns Policy
OH MY FROCK.COM values the satisfaction of every customer’s purchase, therefore, we provide return service for our customers:
- If you wish to return the goods, all goods must be returned within 7 days upon receipt (we will not accept any goods outside of this time frame) to exchange it for different size or color. We are only able to exchange item(s) which different size/color of the same item is requested.
- No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods.
- We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as we sent. (This condition includes: 1. original packing. 2. with price tag (if any). 3. unwash and 4.unworn). The exchange service will not be provided if the returned goods do not fall in ALL of the above 4 criteria. Please also take note that all sales items are non-exchangeable.
- We will only reimburse delivery charges for incorrect item sent. Other than that, all customers must be responsible for the delivery cost of their goods to be returned.
- We highly recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number because we cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
Returns Procedures
Step 1:
To return item(s) due to incorrect / defect item(s) received or dissatisfaction of size/color, the first step is to send us a notification via info@ohmyfrock.com informing us about your new request (change size or color). This procedure is very important as we are able to check the availability of the request item(s) to match your needs. In case the requested item(s) is no longer available, we will contact you immediately via email for further arrangement.
Step 2:
Once we are acknowledged about your latest request, please fill in the enclosed “Return Note” in the original parcel and mail it back to us together with the returned item that is in the same condition as we sent. As mentioned, the exchange service will not be provided if the returned goods do not fall in the above 4 criteria. Please ensure the Returns Note is filled correctly with all necessary details such as Order ID and the preferred solution. If you have lost the returns note, please click here to download it. Please attach the returns note and mail the item/s you wish to return back to our office at the following address:

Once we have received the returned parcel, an email notification will be sent to you as soon as possible and the new parcel arrangement will be made accordingly.
Step 3:
For incorrect / defect item(s) sent, a reimbursement service of delivery charges will be provided to you. You might also be required to provide the delivery receipt for the reimbursement if necessary. Hence, the reimbursement will be made within a week upon receipt of the return.
